The purpose of this initiative is to bring awareness to some of the challenges, barriers, and equity gaps that exist for women in the business arena. We hope to help eliminate these over time by providing an engaging, inspirational, and educational platform that celebrates and amplifies the success and achievement of women in our community with the goal of inspiring change.

In March 2025 we will once again profile women who are making significant contributions to the business and economic landscape in Clatsop County, culminating in a feature video and reception honoring this year's women leaders on April 3rd. Sponsors will have the opportunity to participate, align, and amplify their brand with this important initiative and high-impact campaign.
